Crista Gonzalez, MA, LEP, PPS

For over 20 years, my therapeutic approach centers around allowing children and adolescents the ability to express themselves in a nurturing environment where they feel heard.  When there is trust and respect, children and adolescents feel comfortable expressing themselves in a way that they can manage their feelings and emotions.  My main goal, as a therapist, is to reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, frustration, low self-concept/self-esteem, and feelings of low self-worth.  Children and adolescents can oftentimes feel lost, confused, and overwhelmed which leads to high anxiety and depressive symptoms.  As a therapist, I acknowledge and guide them through life’s stressors to enable children and adolescents the ability to cope with the challenges in their lives.

Elaine Semple, PhD, LEP, BCBA

I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids. I am committed to helping children and families enjoy the learning process and to making the childhood years enjoyable. I know that when given the right tools, school and learning become less of a burden and more a journey of discovery. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Behavior Analysis in my practice. In our initial sessions we will target what brought your child to therapy and the most appropriate techniques to facilitate progress. We will look at the interactions of the people and environments in which you or your child function and work to develop effective ways to flourish in those settings without compromising your child’s authentic self.

Dr. Christina Dillard, PhD, PPS, LEP

I’m Dr. Christina Dillard, a Licensed Educational Psychologist specializing in ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, anxiety, and motivation-related challenges that impact academic success.

I believe in fostering a warm, compassionate, and engaging atmosphere—infused with just the right amount of fun and humor—to help young people identify their values, set meaningful goals, and build a brighter future. Growing up is challenging enough, and when learning difficulties or mental health concerns arise, the journey can feel even more overwhelming. I am here to support, guide, and equip youth with the tools they need to thrive.

Michelle M. Litton, M.S., CCC-SLP

I have been an SLP for over 25 years and have loved every minute of it!  The joy of watching children grow into better communicators has greatly encouraged my love of learning and quest to adopt new and innovative ways to remediate speech, language and social skills deficits. I have worked in a variety of settings with infants, children, teens and adults but my primary employment has been with middle and high-school students in a California public school. I have always strived to collaborate openly with school teams, families and private agencies so that we can all assist these special individuals to independently communicate their wants and needs, have interesting conversations, join clubs, get and hold a job, or even go on a date!  My love of autistic and other neurodiverse individuals has led me to discover more about how to help these amazing humans connect better with those around them.  I firmly believe that all behavior is meaningful communication and it is my mission to honor every behavior an individual demonstrates.
